This is a wake up call to all football players out there whether you play high school, college, semi pro, or pee wee football you need supplements. Study after study has proven that supplements not only keep you healthy but also make you a better athlete. It will help your endurance, which is why runners use it, and it will make you stronger.
As a former high school, college, semi pro and now national level flag football player, who is listed in the the Flag Football Hall of Fame, I know that much of my football success is due to using high quality supplements and dedication to taking them.
